recently returned from Peru and Ecuador, the Great Teacher of the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania said that the day of July 6, 2010 was "a historic moment forthe Romania, the Masonic Community and Romania Women's Grand Lodge Romania ". In the distant countries of Peru, under the First Masonic World Congress took place the signing of the Treaty of Mutual Recognition and collaboration between the Women's Grand Lodge of Romania, founded in 1922, and the Grand Orient de France founded in 1728 . The host of this event at first, the ancient city of Cusco, Inca capital del'Empire, gathered at the First World Congress of Universal Masonry, for a week, personalities of the host country and many countries. Deuxtables the discussions held within the Congress were chaired by the guests of honor Congress, the Grand Chancellor of the Grand Orient of France, Alain Fumaz 33 and the Grand Mistress of the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania, Anca Nicolescu 33.
The Treaty of Reciprocal Recognition and collaboration between the Grand Orient of France and the Grand Lodge of Women in Romania, took place at the ceremony declôture Congress, bringing to the attention of the Free Masonry universal historical significance of Romania and the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania in the context of developing natural and irreversible globalization.
By signing this historic document and intensification of reciprocal diplomatic relations, the Grand Orient of France, the most important Masonic organization in France and one of the oldest Grand Lodges in the world, our membership has recognized historical and Accepted Scottish Rite and, implicitly, the fact the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania is the oldest Grand Lodge Women continental and Accepted Scottish Rite, the oldest Grand Lodge Women of the World is that of England, English Rite, accepted by the United Lodge of England Barn.
Our birth in 1922, the revival of fraternal relations in the new century and millennium, after the oppression of communism, international diplomacy proceeded at the highest level and our involvement in various charitable and social and cultural projects in Romania and worldwide, in countries like Italy, France, Haiti, Chile etc.. We are now placing at the highest level that can reach a female persuasion. For if the big boxes for male "regular" is the pinnacle of recognition by the United Grand Lodge of England, for us female grand lodges, the climax is, in fact, recognition by the Grand Orient France.

Great Teacher of the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania, Anca Nicolescu 33 has conferred on behalf of the obedience which she directs, the Grand Master of the Grand Orient of France, Pierre Lambicchi, the Gold Medal Honorary Member of the Grand Lodge of Romania Women 1922. The Grand Secretary for External Affairs of the Grand Orient of France, Alain Fumaz (July 14, 2010 decorated with the Legion of Honor) was awarded one of the most important awards, the Golden Key of the Grand Lodge Women Romania 1922, enrecevant the highest title, that of Honorary Grand Master ad Vitam of the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania, 1922.
Taking responsibility and understanding the importance of this document is kept in our history, the Great Teacher of the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania and members of this obedience, are aware that the name Romania returns to the stage full forcesur World Freemasonry.

Wearing with pride in our hearts memory of the architects of our national state in 1918, today, a few years of the centenary of the Grand National Union, the Grand Lodge of Romania Women endorses the principles that, over the centuries, have maintained cultural unity and this spiritual people so marked by the vicissitudes of history.
Today, almost one hundred years after the Great National Union and the founding of the Grand Lodge of Women, we are proud of the fact that, as Masonic and citizens of this country, we have made our contribution to history of Freemasonry and promoting National Natural name defines us all: ROMANIA.
